Chintamani’s yoga classes are both challenging and fun. While some yoga classes can be repetitive, Chintamani’s pose sequencing is always creative and varied. Her sense of humor, generous spirit and eclectic taste in music set the tone for a thoroughly enjoyable class. I always leave her classes feeling calm, strong and lighthearted.

It was a great experience. I was able to relax, let go, and connect with myself. I experienced lots of joy as a result of the session. I was able to open up and speak from the heart. At the end of the session, I felt more energized and grounded. My mind was quiet. Chintamani is a very talented therapist with a great, wonderful heart. Her presence, her encouragement, her support are extremely helpful and a true gift for her clients.
I think you were right about the energizing effects of the inversion (the shoulder stand being one I have not mastered in the past). Psychological or not, I am enjoying the energy burst, unfortunately, I still had the energy to snack on chocolate. Great, varied class. Thanks.
The session brought my awareness to how to better support my body and help it heal without the mental judgments I have held. A shining light.
It was pretty awesome. I feel much more relaxed and centered than when I arrived. Chintamani intuitively knew where my trigger spots were and honed in on areas where I was holding stress/tension. The work allowed me to get to a place of quiet and relaxation that I wouldn’t have been able to get to on my own.
The session was wonderful! It took me through a complete mental and physical process and helped me work through a presenting problem physically, mentally and in spirit.
I feel that this type of session complements the yoga practice. This should be part of the overall yoga practice to make it well-rounded.
