What does it mean to eat well? What can yoga teach us about the choices we make when it comes to food, cravings, triggers and indulgences?
During this two-hour workshop, Life Coach Nicole Burley and Yoga Instructor Chintamani Kansas will guide you through an exploration of these important questions. You will come away with a solid understanding of the difference between whole foods and processed ones and learn why a whole foods, plant-based diet is optimal. In addition, you will gain a deeper awareness about the WHY of our food choices, and how we often sabotage our own progress.
Following the discussion, you will be led through an energetic, detoxifying yoga sequence that will emphasize the connection between the way we treat ourselves in our yoga practice and the way we treat ourselves with our eating practice.
All levels of experience are welcome, please dress in layers as we will be sitting as well as moving.
