Welcome! My name is Chintamani Kansas. Every cell in the body needs to be stimulated to grow and repair itself. The only way to stimulate your cells is to move, breathe, and train your mind to lean towards the positive.
I teach a variety of movement modalities because bodies need to move in many ways for balance and joy. Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Breath-work, Meditation–(SIGH!) Vitality and Connection!
Many of my offerings are Research-Based and Medically-Endorsed. In particular, see my work with Buff Bones (R) Pilates and Strength Training.
